We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and accurately as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.

During product launches, restocks, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that Ace Run Club is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us.

Local Pickup (Ace Friday Pickup)

Customers may select Local Pickup at checkout.

Orders placed by Wednesday at 11:59 PM CST are eligible for pickup at that week's Ace Run Club on Friday.

Pickup details and instructions will be provided via email once your order is ready.

Missed Pickup Orders

If you are unable to attend your scheduled pickup, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with you to arrange pickup at a future event or ship your order. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Ace Run Club is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Ace Run Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly and reach out to us so we can assist where possible.
